We are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to take on the challenge of the Store Manager position for our fuel and convenience store. We provide Branded fuel, convenience store and a full service deli. The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily store operation; ensuring all safety procedures and local and state laws are followed, scheduling and supervising employees, and maintaining stock levels and overall store appearance. The Store Manager is the leader in the “go the second mile” drive to customer service. This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Saturday, with work weeks of 55 hours. The manager will be expected to work flexible schedules based on business needs and be on-call for emergencies.

Requirements:

• Implement and enforce company policies and procedure
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the schedule and daily activities of store employees
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Educates store employees on safety and security procedures
• Compliance with all state and federal laws
• Manage store operations
• Reconcile and prepare bank deposits
• Control merchandise and fuel inventories
• Place orders of fuel, merchandise, and supplies with vendors and suppliers
• Eliminate Theft and control loss of inventory
• Reports all incidents or accidents within the store or on the premises
• Adjust fuel prices as necessary; monitor competitor’s prices
• Work a flexible schedule

Pay: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
